"Horowicz has been nothing but AMAZING. I had received three quotes from different people and these guys were the best. The owner came and did measurements and was so open, nice, friendly and informative. Jen in the office was almost like my new BFF. I was going back and forth with the flooring (last minute mind you) and She helped me pick out a flooring that I would like and I ended up loving it. The people that came and did the flooring made sure to treat my belongings with care, asked me questions on everything they did and were also quick and efficient. I truly didn’t feel like I was bamboozled with the price and or taken advantage of. I give them ten gold stars!!!!"
